# BlackMine

> BlackMine builds marketing systems that small businesses own outright — a website, a lead engine, and the automation behind them — so the work of finding customers keeps running without the owner in it.

## About

BlackMine LLC is a two-person digital agency. We build the system a business uses to get and keep customers, hand over the keys, and stay on only if the owner wants us to.

AI gave everyone the tools. Almost nobody can turn them into customers. That gap — between having access to AI and having something that actually brings in work every week — is what we close. Clients own what we build: their site, their data, their accounts. No subscription treadmill, no platform we can switch off.

What that means in practice:

- **We sell the outcome, not the parts.** Anyone can generate a website now. A website is not customers.
- **The client owns it.** Domains, hosting, data and accounts are in their name from day one.
- **Near-zero client effort.** The business owner runs their business; the system runs itself.

## Who we work with

Owner-operated service businesses — trades, detailing, salons, professional services and local firms — typically doing good work with scattered tools, no single system, and no reliable flow of new customers. Often based in or around Jacksonville, Florida, though we build remotely.
