Your Privacy Rights & Do Not Sell or Share.

This page puts your privacy choices in one place: your opt-out rights, our “Do Not Sell or Share” statement, and exactly how to reach us. The short version is the honest version — we don’t sell or share your personal information, and there are no ad trackers to turn off.

Our commitment

We do not sell or share your personal information.

BlackMine LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and comparable state laws. We use first-party tools only — no Google Analytics, no Hotjar, no Meta/Facebook pixel, and no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out.

Your opt-out rights

Under California’s CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, the sharing of it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and certain profiling and targeted advertising. BlackMine does not engage in any of these activities, so there is nothing for you to opt out of in that respect. Your data is not part of any advertising exchange.

We recognize opt-out preference signals. When your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing — even though we do not sell or share to begin with.

Control your cookies any time

The Site uses first-party cookies for analytics and on-site personalization. Non-essential cookies are set only after you opt in, and you can change your choices whenever you like.

Use the “Preferences” button on the Site to open the consent tool and turn cookie categories on or off. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie so we remember it on your next visit. For the full, categorized list of cookies, see our Cookie Policy.

Your broader privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to appeal a denied request. These rights, the categories of information we collect, and how we verify requests are described in full in our Privacy Policy. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

How to submit a request

To exercise any privacy right — including access, correction, deletion, or to ask a question about this page — email us at info@blackmine.dev. Please tell us what you’d like us to do and include enough information for us to locate any records and verify your identity — typically by confirming you control the email address tied to your request. If an authorized agent submits on your behalf, we may ask for proof of your written permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

We respond to legitimate requests within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
